So, here we are!

365 days passed, so did 2018. Where are you? Where are you standing? Who is by your side? Who is still in your life and who is not? What did you achieve, and what you’ve lost? What do you regret and what decisions made you happy?

Ask yourself those things, but then…

What is your next move?

What do you want to do in 2019?

What goals do you have?

Where do you wanna be a year from now?

Looking back is a really important thing to do, but most important is looking forward.

You have to look back to see what made you happy and things that not. What worked and what failed. People in your life. Luck, mistakes and fortune, decisions. All of this matter, but not enough for you to be stuck in the past.

I know today a lot of you are celebrating, and you are doing it already even if it is not midnight, but for all of you, all around the world who read me, I ask you to take a moment to breathe, to think and to ask yourself all those questions above.

Some of you are used doing NY resolutions and of course, quitting them ’till February. I know, been there done that… this is why this year I stopped this thing and instead I started setting goals.

And before saying anything, No it is not the same thing! Why?

Well, resolutions are something general, whereas, goals are something you want to achieve. For better understanding I am gonna tell you that goals can be SMART. (Say whaaaat….????)

To make sure your goals are clear and attainable instead of being unrealistic, each one of your goals should be:

*Specific (simple, sensible, significant).
*Measurable (meaningful, motivating).
*Achievable (agreed, attainable).
*Relevant (reasonable, realistic and resourced, results-based).
*Time-bound (time-based, time-limited, time/cost limited, timely, time-sensitive).

Today, besides all that celebrating try to put your life in order cause today this is all about.

Today is about a new chance, try to make the most of it. Try to set goals if you did not and achieve them.

And Lastly, I wish you all a very HAPPY AND SUCCESSFUL NEW YEAR!
